
The Department of Psychology is dedicated to advancing the scientific study of human behavior, mental processes, and wellbeing through high-quality education, research, and practical application. The Department aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of psychological theories, methodologies, and contemporary practices across various fields of psychology, including cognitive, developmental, social, biological, educational, and mental health psychology.
Through an interdisciplinary and student-centered learning environment, the Department fosters critical thinking, ethical awareness, analytical reasoning, and evidence-based decision-making. The curriculum is designed to combine academic knowledge with practical and research-oriented experiences, enabling students to develop the professional competencies necessary to address psychological, social, and behavioral challenges in diverse personal, educational, organizational, and technological contexts.
