Incoming Traineeship Mobility

Students from partner institutions are welcome to undertake a traineeship at AUCY

Nominations from the sending institution are mandatory

Application Procedure:

• Nominations of interested students are sent via email to [email protected] indicating the following:
  • Name of Home University
  • Home University Erasmus Code
  • Country
  • Surname/name
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Program of study at Home Institution
  • Period of traineeship
• Students interested in joining AUCY must complete an Application Form and send it to [email protected] along with the following documents:
  • Copy of ID card or passport
  • A passport size photo
  • Transcript of Records
  • Health Insurance contract (that covers the period of stay in Cyprus)
  • Proof of language proficiency (i.e. IGCSE, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
  • Completion of the Online Learning Agreement
  • Two copies of the Learning Agreement signed and stamped by the Home University

Important deadline: May 2 (wishing to participate in Traineeship mobility in the summer period)
Nominations and application forms must be sent to [email protected] at least three months prior to the starting date of the traineeship period.

• Student applications are evaluated by the Erasmus+ Committee
• Students are notified through an email in case their application is approved and they receive a signed copy of the Application Form.
• Upon completion of the mobility, photos and a testimonial describing your experience (to be used as a promotional tool of the Erasmus+ Program at AUCY) will be sent to the International Relations Office ([email protected])
