Incoming Student Mobility

Students from partner institutions are welcome to study at AUCY

Duration: 3 months minimum, 12 months maximum

Important Facts:

• The Home University must have an Inter-Institutional Agreement with the corresponding department at AUCY
• Nominations from the sending institution are mandatory
• Upon completion of the mobility, photos and a testimonial describing your experience (to be used as a promotional tool of the Erasmus+ Program at AUCY) will be sent to the International Relations Office ([email protected])

Application Procedure:

• Nominations of interested students are sent via email to [email protected] indicating the following:
  • Name of Home University
  • Home University Erasmus Code
  • Country
  • Surname/name
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Program of study at Home University
  • Semester/academic year for Erasmus mobility
• Students interested in joining AUCY must complete an Application Form  and send it to [email protected] along with the following documents:
  • Copy of ID card or passport
  • A passport size photo
  • Transcript of Records
  • Health Insurance contract (that covers the period of stay in Cyprus)
  • Proof of language proficiency (i.e. IGCSE, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
  • Completion of the Online Learning Agreement
  • Two copies of the Learning Agreement signed and stamped by the Home University

Important deadlines:

• Student applications are evaluated by the Erasmus+ Committee
• Students are notified through an email in case their application is approved and they receive a signed copy of the Application Form.
