Lashes Seminars

This intensive, practice-oriented training series introduces participants to three popular professional lash and brow services: classic One by One eyelash extensions, Volume eyelash extensions, and Lash Lift & Brow Lift treatments. Through a combination of theory, guided demonstrations and supervised practical work, participants will develop the foundational knowledge, technical confidence and professional awareness required to perform treatments safely and consistently.

The programme places particular emphasis on correct application techniques, treatment preparation, client care, hygiene and the practical skills needed to begin building a professional portfolio in the beauty and aesthetics sector.

Optional kit: Participants who do not already have the required kit may purchase the complete kit for €200.

Models: Participants who wish to practise on a live model may bring their own model.

Aims and Objectives

The seminars aim to provide participants with structured professional training in lash and brow enhancement techniques. In particular, the programme is designed to:

  • introduce the principles, tools and products used in professional lash and brow treatments;
  • develop correct application and handling techniques through supervised practice;
  • promote safe working practices, hygiene and appropriate client preparation;
  • strengthen participants’ confidence in carrying out treatments on a model; and
  • support participants who wish to enter or further develop their career in the beauty and aesthetics industry.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the relevant seminar sessions, participants should be able to:

  • identify the main tools, products and materials required for each treatment;
  • explain the basic principles and stages of One by One, Volume, Lash Lift and Brow Lift treatments;
  • prepare the workstation, client and materials in accordance with appropriate hygiene practices;
  • select and apply a suitable technique according to the treatment being performed;
  • carry out the treatment procedure with greater accuracy, control and confidence;
  • recognise the importance of consultation, aftercare advice and professional conduct; and
  • apply the acquired practical skills as a foundation for work as a Lash Artist.

3. Lash Lift & Brow Lift

12 October | 17:30–20:30 | 3 hours

  • Presentation and demonstration of the treatment process
  • Supervised practical application on a live model

Who Should Attend

The seminars are suitable for complete beginners who wish to enter the lash and brow sector, as well as beauty professionals and aestheticians who want to broaden their service portfolio. No previous experience is required.

Aspa Ismini Rossidi is a professional Lash Artist with more than 10 years of active experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry. For the past five years, she has delivered professional lash training and seminars, supporting students in developing practical skills and preparing to enter the sector. According to the instructor’s records, 80% of her students are currently working professionally in the field.
