Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Administration and Economics.
  • Develop and update course syllabi, teaching materials and assessment strategies.
  • Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable academic journals.
  • Contribute to the University’s academic development and research reputation.
  • Supervise student research projects.
  • Participate in curriculum development, accreditation processes and academic committees.
  • Provide academic advising, mentoring, assessment and feedback to students.
  • Actively contribute to the academic life and governance of the University.

Qualifications:

  • D. in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • Strong academic background in core areas of Business Administration and Economics. Preference will be given to candidates with specializations in Marketing and Management.
  • Evidence of an active research agenda with publications in peer-reviewed academic journals.
  • Demonstrated record of scholarly productivity and academic excellence.
  • Proven teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Experience supervising research projects.
  • Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry or professional experience will be considered an advantage.
