Success Coaching Program – Level 1 

Duration: 90 hours

This level is a prerequisite for level 2 accredited Certification Success Life & Executive Coaching Program, its objective is to train the participants on the Coaching Competencies for Life & Executive practice

The program is packed as follows:

60 hours instructor led training and Coaching Practice of 30 hours to be submitted with journaling form

    • Understanding Coaching Niches 

    • Role of Coaches  

    • The Art of powerful listening 

    • The Art of questioning

    • The Power of rapport Building  

    • Values Elicitation Understanding several 

    • The Discovery session

    • Coaching Models 

Timings: Thursdays on zoom from 6:30 to 8:30pm & Saturdays from 9am to 12pm 

A certificate of Attendance by the AUCY & Swift Shift Coaching & Consultancy Ltd  will be issued upon completion of Level 1 “Success Coaching Program “

Mandatory attendance of at least 80%
