ERASMUS - About

About Erasmus

AUCY participates in the Erasmus+ Program, one of the most prestigious exchange programs an institution and its members can participate in. Erasmus+ is an EU Program created to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe.

The goal of the program in the period 2021-2027 is to place a strong focus on social inclusion, the green and digital transitions, and promoting young people’s participation in democratic life.

Erasmus offers AUCY students and staff the opportunity to study, work or train at another educational institution in another country. Although Erasmus has a distinct EU character, a participant may also have the chance to travel to a non-EU country to take part in this exciting program.

A grant is provided to Erasmus participants who wish to partake in this exchange program. Find out more by contacting the AUCY International Relations Office for further information regarding participation in the Erasmus+ Program.
