Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- A Ph.D. Management and Marketing, or a related field
- A Ph.D. Accounting and Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise and research accomplishments in a specialized area within Business Administration or Economics
- Proven record of teaching excellence and the ability to deliver engaging and innovative courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide students
- Active engagement in research, scholarly activities, and a commitment to contributing to the academic community
Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Administration and Economics
- Develop and update course syllabi, learning materials, and assessments
- Engage in scholarly research and publish in reputable journals
- Supervise student research projects, internships, and dissertations
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and program enhancement
- Provide academic advisement and mentorship to students
