Outgoing Staff Mobility
AUCY staff are welcome to indicate their interest in participating in the Erasmus+ program either for teaching or training purposes.
Staff Mobility for Teaching
Duration: 2 days minimum, 2 months maximum
Important Facts:
• Selected staff will teach at a Higher Education Institution
• An inter-institutional agreement must exist between AUCY and the Host Institution
• A teaching activity has to comprise a minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week (or any shorter period of stay)
• Only full-time faculty are eligible to apply
• The participant is responsible for ticket and accommodation booking
• Priority will be given to staff who have not participated in a mobility before
Application Procedure:
• Staff interested in participating in the Erasmus+ Program for teaching must complete an Application Form and submit it to the International Relations Office ([email protected])
• Interested staff must submit a request for Erasmus leave for academic staff
• Staff applications are evaluated by the Erasmus+ Committee
• Staff are notified for being selected or not after the decision of the Erasmus+ Committee
Important deadline: November 10 (wishing to participate in Erasmus+ in the following academic year)

o Teacher’s Evaluation of Mobility
Staff Mobility for Training
Duration: 2 days minimum, 2 months maximum
Important Facts:
• Selected staff will undertake a training mobility abroad (i.e. job shadowing, professional development courses, competence-building events)
• Conference attendance is not funded
• Only full-time staff (both academic and administrative) are eligible to apply
• The participant is responsible for ticket and accommodation booking
• Priority will be given to staff who have not participated in a mobility before
Application Procedure:
• Staff interested in participating in the Erasmus+ Program for training must complete an Application Form and submit it to the International Relations Office ([email protected])
• Interested staff must submit a request for Erasmus leave for academic staff/a request for Erasmus leave for administrative staff
• Staff applications are evaluated by the Erasmus+ Committee
• Staff are notified for being selected or not after the decision of the Erasmus+ Committee
