Prof. Michaloudis @ 13^th ICPAM and 6^th Nanoart21, Hotel Eden Roc in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Spain

On the 25^th of September 2021, the  Dean of the Faculty of Arts & Humanities of the American University of Cyprus (AUCY), Prof. Ioannis Michaloudis presented his invited talk entitled “The sound of Nano” at the 13^th International Conference for Physics of Advanced Materials (ICPAM-13) and the 4^th Autumn School on Physics of Advanced Materials (PAMS-4),  https://icpam.ro/team-member/ioannis-michaloudis/ The American University of Cyprus (AUCY) was the sponsor of this in-person participation. During the conference, Prof. Michaloudis also exhibited his silica aerogel artworks and the video “The Sound of Nano” at the 6^th International Festival of Nanoart21.

In this video, Prof. Michaloudis is presenting his two-year collaboration with Boucheron, Paris for the creation of the first-ever high jewelry containing the NASA nanomaterial silica aerogel, named “Skydrop”.
