As an International Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting international students throughout their journey, from pre-arrival to post-arrival to Cyprus.
This includes managing student visa files, coordinating with immigration authorities, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full student visa process, including initial applications, renewals, and compliance checks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international students regarding visa and immigration matters.
- Prepare and verify visa documents, including acceptance letters, financial guarantees, and residence permits.
- Ensure timely submission of all required documents to Cypriot authorities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing support for international students.
- Maintain accurate student records and track visa statuses to ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance on visa regulations and policy changes to students and staff.
- Assist with student orientation and support services, including arrival arrangements and accommodation advice.
- Support the International Office in organizing intercultural events and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in student support, international student services, or immigration administration in higher education in Cyprus
- Strong understanding of visa regulations and immigration processes in Cyprus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting international students.
