Administration Assistant to the Deans

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administration Assistant to support the Deans in a dynamic University environment. The successful candidate will provide administrative and organizational support, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Deans’ offices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration
  • Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Professional attitude with a high level of discretion

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Deans, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
  • Handle communication with academic and administrative departments
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Assist with reports, presentations, and academic documentation
  • Support day-to-day office operations in a confidential and professional manner

  • Previous experience in an academic or educational environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
